TRICORP's partnership with the Nicola Valley Institute of Technology (NVIT). Applications are now open for the Health Care Assistant (HCA) Program being offered in Prince Rupert.


This program provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in beginning a meaningful career in healthcare while making a positive impact in the lives of others.


Program Details

  • Program Start: September 2026

  • Duration: 30 weeks (Full-Time)

  • Location: Prince Rupert, BC


Eligible applicants will have 100% of their program costs covered through TRICORP.

Admission Requirements

Applicants should be prepared to provide:

  • Minimum Grade 10 completion

  • Criminal Record Check

  • Immunization Records

  • Valid Proof of Indigenous Ancestry (must not be expired)

  • Completed TRICORP Application Package

  • Proof of Living Allowance eligibility

  • Commitment to the full-time program schedule
