Craft Technician - Instrumentation and Control (Analyzer)

Reporting to the GOLD Director, the successful candidate will oversee the process of receiving, reviewing and responding to development applications in Gitga’at’s Territory ensuring that crown regulatory processes incorporate full consideration  of Gitga’at values, interests and decision-making.  

Maintenance Team Lead – Utilities, Storage & Loading

Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation (E, I & A) Maintenance Team leads (MTL) for the Common Utilities, Storage and Loading areas. The MTL is a part of the Maintenance Team in the Production Department and is responsible for
executing the work plan (CM and PM) by directly supervising, developing, and coaching of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Technicians and Contract maintenance resources of the same trade.

Healthcare Training Opportunities

The Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) Training Opportunities may have multiple start dates over the next year throughout Northern Health. 


This Program will involve participants completing the Health Care Assistant certification program at a post-secondary institution with tuition paid for by the Ministry of


Health and participants get paid a stipend for 37.5 hours per week while studying. The current stipend rate is $22.32 per hour.

Craft Technician - Instrumentation and Control

You will be responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of processes, utilities, and two pieces of marine equipment. Commissioning and Start-up will be an area of high demand where
As an example, all individuals will require extra effort, including longer hours, night shifts, and working in inclement weather.

Asset Excellence Specialist

Reporting to the GOLD Director, the successful candidate will oversee the process of receiving, reviewing and responding to development applications in Gitga’at’s Territory ensuring that crown regulatory processes incorporate full consideration  of Gitga’at values, interests and decision-making.  

Millwright Technicians are part of the Maintenance Team and are responsible for rotating equipment Maintenance and overhauls across the site. Millwright Technicians will report to the Mechanical Maintenance Team leads and be responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of processes, utilities, and marine
equipment.

Full Time Receptionist - GFN Health Department

Reporting to the Health Director, the Receptionist will work at the Hartley Bay Nursing Station. This position is responsible for the daily clerical duties associated with the operation of the Nursing
Station.
